Camst Group is a leading catering and facility services company on the Italian market. However, the company’s employee value proposition and HR processes needed updating. It found the solution in Vip District. By introducing its Smart Engagement Platform, Camst’s HR processes were digitised, employee well-being improved (thanks to a greater selection of services provided by the platform) and the internal stakeholders’ level of satisfaction also improved.
Camst faced a number of challenges, mainly in terms of needing to efficiently digitise its HR processes and, additionally, improve the value proposition it offered employees.
From these needs was born the “Next to you” section of Camst’s wellness plan, created in collaboration with Vip District. This section of the offer provides a space where its employees find a wide portfolio of discounts: major brands, and essential services related to daily consumption. The discount platform is particularly appreciated by employees between 30 and 45 years old, and having cashback and direct discount is a differential of the platform. In addition, the easy access to its wellness platform is dedicated to the needs of employees and their families.
