🚀 Your New company
You will join a multidisciplinary team of over 90 professionals working in 4 different European locations including engineers, designers, consultants and managers.
Working closely with the commercial team you will ensure and deliver the management of digital HR products with a focus on user needs and concerns.

⌨️ Your new position
- The start-up, monitoring and evolution of the services provided to the clients you are responsible for.
- To ensure the quality of the services in a proactive way by working on user-journey details in digital environments that combine multi-channel access (PC, mobile web and mobile APP).
- To define, develop and implement the employee activation strategy based on tailor-made communication actions for large companies and on different communication channels.
- To define the best communication strategy for presenting the benefits of the loyalty programme offered by Vip District, remaining aligned with the company’s communication strategy and the values of each client.
- To organise and present training webinars on the services offered by Vip District to ensure their use and recurrence.
- To proactively identify opportunities for improvement in terms of attracting new users and improving adherence and recurrence rates of assigned projects.
- To maintain constant dialogue with the heads of our clients’ HR departments. These clients trust and delegate to Vip District the management and promotion of the services implemented. Your role will be to provide advice and experience in the dynamics of digital communication in which our interlocutors are not usually experts.
- To always be alert to the needs of our clients and to their concerns, in order to always be at the cutting edge of the products and services we offer.
🕵️♀️ What are we looking for? (requirements)
- At least 3 years experience in implementing Customer Success initiatives, or managing projects related to communication and user engagement.
- Experience in developing marketing and communication strategies based on business objectives or in implementing digital services and platforms.
- You are enthusiastic, have great problem-solving skills and a positive attitude to achieving results.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients, especially HR or Marketing managers and executives.
- You are a fast learner and are able to handle different levels of stress / pressure.
- You have strong organisational and planning skills and can work in a multi-task, multi-client environment.
- You are proactive, curious, pay attention to detail and are focused on spotting opportunities.
- You are innovative and have the ability to come up with unconventional ideas.
- You have a background, degree or experience working in technical, digital marketing, advertising or related careers.
- You are passionate about technology and the online world.
- You have a solid command of basic office automation tools, especially Excel and Google Drive.
- You have an advanced level of English (C1).
