You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of more than 100 professionals: developers, designers, consultants and managers, among others, distributed in 7 locations in Europe.

You will work hand in hand with the sales executive’s team, for the Travel vertical where thousands of users contact us through our benefits platforms interested in contracting different types of trips, from packaged to personalised trips.

You will work with great companies that will give you new challenges every day that we will overcome together. We can’t predict the future, but what we can assure you is that every day will be different from the last.

⌨️ Your new opportunity

Your main function will be the online and telephone sales of travel to users who contact us through our platforms interested in any of the alternatives in our catalogue. It is a quality sale, not a cold door sale, you will be dealing with loyal and recurring users of our corporate benefits programmes.

  • Receipt of online applications from our benefits platforms and through our request management tools.
  • Interaction with users, via email and telephone, to close queries and details of the trip and sale.
  • Management of the sale and post-sale, along with the delivery of the information the client needs to make the trip.
  • Benchmarking of offers with competing channels.
  • Carrying out quality surveys to confirm the degree of customer satisfaction after the trip.

?️‍♀️ What are we looking for? (experience)

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in contact center in sales and/or retention department.
  • You have multitasting skills and the ability to use digital tools.
  • You are passionate about sales.
  • You must have good argumentation skills, and be able to transmit them both by email and telephone.
  • You must be proactive, decisive, curious and pay attention to detail.
  • You must be methodical and organised.
  • You are passionate about travel.
    English: minimum level B2
