We are hiring you as a Business Development Manager to join our growing operation in the Netherlands. A new and growing organisation offers opportunities to grow in your career. When you achieve your goals, we grow as an organisation and this offers opportunities for you.
⌨️ Your responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, moving leads into the sales funnel and setting up sales qualified appointments. You are held accountable by daily activity along with monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Prospecting and building organic pipeline within designated targets
- Identify and approach decision makers, influencers, buyers and users
- Pitch our solutions and qualify the opportunity
- Schedule follow up meetings meetings with product demo and support of your colleagues
- Nurturing relationships with targeted prospects via various communications channels including social media and email
- Leading prospect follow-up, arranging calls/meetings with prospects and managing multiple business development engagements
- Researching prospects to identify targets for outbound activities
- Achieve assigned appointment and revenue targets
🕵️♀️ Qualities of a succesful candidate
You’re a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable and persistent, and you work well independently as well as with a team. You’ll have an education in business, marketing or communications, 2 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar role. Most of all you must be results driven, persistent, and professional. You have preferably a background in Marketing (loyalty / incentives). You have C1 level in Dutch and English is required.
