elEconomista, Vip District and large companies share their vision on how to use technology to win over employees at Jornada Empresarial.

Vip District participated in the Business Day organized by elEconomista on March 21 in Madrid. Under the title “The new challenges of the HR sector: Employee loyalty and technological opportunities on the rise”, the event brought together industry experts to discuss and share ideas on the challenges and innovations in talent management in an increasingly digitized world.

A very varied and interesting discussion around the need to creatively merge technology with the human factor to create a work environment that inspires and engages. Nicolás André, Director of HR Solutions at Vip District, highlighted the importance of creating an ecosystem that enhances communication, personalizes the employee experience from day one until the employee leaves, and ensures that the results of these actions are properly measured.

The day also emphasized the construction of an attractive employer brand that manages to “conquer” the talents from the first contact. María Luz García de Castro, Director of People at Ericsson Iberia, stressed the need to “personalize” the corporate culture so that employees feel authentically connected to the company’s project, thus becoming brand ambassadors.

Daniel Lopez Paino, director of Cegid‘s HCM Iberia & Mid Market Spain Business Unit, stressed the importance of creating an environment where technology and humanistic management of companies coexist in harmony, from the first interaction of the employee with the organization.
